Mahindra Logistics Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 17-07-2025: Rights Issue

Mahindra Logistics (MAHLOG) has approved a Rights Issue of 2.70 Cr shares, aiming to raise up to Rs. 749.26 Cr. New shares will be offered at Rs. 277 each. Eligible shareholders as of July 23, 2025, can subscribe to 3 new shares for every 8 shares they own (3:8 ratio). This issue will increase total outstanding shares from 7.21 Cr to 9.91 Cr. Existing shareholders can subscribe to maintain their ownership percentage or face dilution if they do not participate. It's a chance to invest more at a fixed price.
