Godawari Power & Ispat (GPIL) has allotted 1,44,395 equity shares to employees under its ESOP-2023. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each, were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 116.20 per share. This exercise, which follows a prior stock split that adjusted the original Rs. 581 option price, has resulted in a fund infusion of approximately Rs. 1.68 crore into the company.
