LMW reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue up at ₹694.14 Cr versus ₹672.96 Cr year-over-year, with net profit slightly higher at ₹11.47 Cr versus ₹11.02 Cr. The Textile Machinery segment continues to face headwinds, showing declining revenue and an increased loss. However, strong performance from Machine Tool & Foundry and Advanced Technology Centre divisions, with robust revenue growth and significantly higher profits, helped offset the weakness. An exceptional expenditure of ₹1.29 Cr was incurred due to a Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
