Vimta Labs Limited — Board Meeting, 17-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vimta Labs' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations soared to ₹97.56 Cr, up from ₹74.88 Cr year-on-year. Profit for the period (consolidated) reached ₹18.89 Cr, a significant jump from ₹13.91 Cr last year. Basic EPS stood at ₹4.25. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Lavanya and Associates LLP as Cost Auditors for FY2024-25 and FY2025-26. Additionally, 42,589 employee stock options were granted. Prior period EPS figures have been adjusted due to the 1:1 bonus share issue on June 14, 2025.
