LMW's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations climbed to ₹694.14 Cr from ₹672.96 Cr last year. Net Profit after tax saw a modest rise to ₹11.47 Cr compared to ₹11.02 Cr previously, with Basic EPS at ₹10.74. Operationally, the Textile Machinery Division posted a pre-tax loss of ₹24.16 Cr, while Machine Tool & Foundry and Advanced Technology Centres remained profitable. The quarter's results also factored in a ₹1.29 Cr exceptional expenditure due to a Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
