Polycab India's Board has announced a meeting, approving the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations increased to ₹5,906 Cr from ₹4,698 Cr year-on-year, with profit rising to ₹599.7 Cr from ₹401.6 Cr. Wires & Cables and FMEG segments showed growth, while EPC revenue declined. Basic EPS rose to ₹39.36. The company approved an amalgamation scheme for Uniglobus Electricals and confirmed a ₹35/share dividend payment. Polycab is contesting a ₹72 Cr tax demand, believing it's not legally tenable. Capital commitments stand at ₹1,550.5 Cr.
