Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 17-07-2025: Record Date

BPCL has set July 31, 2025, as the Record Date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share. This dividend is pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in August 2025. If approved, the payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
