La Opala RG Limited will hold its 38th Annual General Meeting to approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has put forth a dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share (375% on Rs. 2 face value) for FY2024-25. Shareholders eligible for the dividend and voting at the AGM will be determined by a set record date. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
