Kamdhenu Ltd has increased its stake in its franchisee, Maa Kudargarhi Power and Ispat Pvt Ltd (MKPIPL). The company invested Rs. 5.04 Cr by acquiring 56,000 equity shares in MKPIPL at Rs. 900 per share through a preferential issue. This transaction raises Kamdhenu's shareholding in MKPIPL from 7.79% to 9.72%. This strategic investment is aimed at strengthening ties with a key franchisee, potentially enhancing long-term business synergy and market presence.
