Century Extrusions will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on August 8th. Investors should note this meeting will cover the review of the company's Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 2nd to August 8th. Shareholders recorded as of August 1st will be eligible to participate in the e-voting process.
