Mufin Green Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 17-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Mufin Green Finance has allotted 418 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. Each NCD carries a face value of Rs. 1 lakh. This issuance, totaling Rs. 4.18 crore, was fully subscribed by a single investor, Monega Multi-Sector Microfinance & Impact Loan Fund, injecting fresh funds into the company. The NCDs are secured by hypothecation of receivables, offer a 12.80% p.a. coupon interest paid quarterly, and mature on 20th July, 2028.
