Tata Communications Limited — Board Meeting, 17-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tata Communications' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹5,960 Cr, with Profit After Tax at ₹232 Cr.

The board also approved raising funds up to ₹1,000 Cr through Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement. Additionally, to simplify its group structure, the company will acquire its step-down subsidiary, Solutions Infini Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, from Kaleyra S.P.A. for ₹123.6 Cr. This move brings SI India under direct ownership.
