Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited — Others, 17-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Gandhar Oil Refinery has scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting for August 12, 2025. Shareholders will consider the audited financial results for FY25 and a final dividend of H 0.50 per share. Key agenda items include the proposed re-appointments of Mr. Samir Parekh and Independent Director Ms. Amrita DC Nautiyal. Mr. Ramesh Parekh is also proposed for re-appointment as Managing Director for five years with a monthly remuneration of 12.5 Lakh. Importantly, the company aims to boost its borrowing capacity to 1,200 Cr and create security for these loans, enabling future business expansion.
