Tata Communications reported Q1 revenue of ₹5,960 Cr (+6.6% YoY), driven by strong data revenue growth of 9.4% to ₹5,130 Cr. Digital portfolio revenue jumped 17.4% YoY. EBITDA remained flat at ₹1,137 Cr with a 19.1% margin. The company has approved raising up to ₹1,000 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through private placement. Additionally, it will acquire its step-down subsidiary, Solutions Infini Technologies (India) Private Limited, for ₹123.6 Cr to simplify its group structure. Management highlighted narrowing losses in the digital portfolio.
