IndoStar Capital Finance has completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Niwas Housing Finance, to WITKOPEEND B.V., an EQT affiliate. The company received INR 1,705.95 crores from the transaction. These net proceeds will boost liquidity and capital, enabling accelerated profitability and value creation.
