Route Mobile's board has announced a meeting outcome, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations reached ₹1,050.83 Cr, with profit at ₹58.78 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share was declared. The 21st AGM is set for September 12, 2025. In leadership changes, Mr. Gautam Badalia resigned as CEO; Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta is re-designated MD & CEO. Mr. Sammy Mamdani is now COO, Mr. Tejas Shah appointed CS & Compliance Officer, and Mr. Vinay Binyala as Investor Relations Officer.
