KELTECH Energies Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 18-07-2025: Corp. Action

Keltech Energies has set August 4, 2025, as the record date for its proposed final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY 2024-25. This dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 11, 2025, will be paid on or before September 8, 2025. The AGM agenda also includes seeking shareholder approval for the re-appointment of executive and non-executive directors, the appointment of two new independent directors, and the remuneration of the Executive Director and Managing Director. Share transfer books will be closed from August 5-11, 2025.
