Jay Jalaram Technologies (KORE) has clarified an error in its Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the half-year and full financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company identified that the Profit After Tax (PAT) figure in its digital filing (XBRL) did not match the PDF version. Revised submissions have been filed to correct this. All other standalone and consolidated financial data remains unchanged and consistent with the initial accurate PDF versions. KORE has committed to enhanced diligence for future filings to prevent similar inadvertent errors.
