Shareholders can access the Annual Report and AGM Notice on the company's website, BSE, and NSDL. An e-voting facility is available through NSDL, with a cut-off date of August 5, 2025, for voting eligibility. Remote e-voting runs from August 8 to August 11. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 6 to August 12 for the AGM.
