FROG Cellsat has announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.

The company reported impressive growth in its consolidated performance:

* **Revenue from Operations:** Jumped approximately 39% to ₹219.35 crore in FY25 from ₹157.73 crore in FY24.

* **Net Profit:** Surged around 52% to ₹23.55 crore in FY25 compared to ₹15.52 crore in FY24.

* **Basic EPS:** Increased to ₹15.22 in FY25 from ₹10.08 in FY24.

Key drivers included a Production Linked Incentive (PLI) income of ₹5.99 crore recognized for the year. The company also capitalized ₹2.92 crore in R&D expenditure. Furthermore, a ₹4.02 crore incentive was received from the U.P. government, primarily used to reduce the Written Down Value of assets, with a smaller portion (₹0.22 crore) recognized as income.

The company operates in a single segment: manufacturing and installation of in-building coverage solutions and mobile network accessories for mobile service providers. No dividends were declared for the year.
