Hindustan Zinc Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Zinc's Board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted a net profit of ₹2,234 Cr on total revenue of ₹7,771 Cr. The board had also declared an interim dividend of ₹10 per share, amounting to ₹4,225 Cr for FY25-26. Further boosting its green energy footprint, HZL invested ₹49 Cr towards sourcing 530 MW renewable power for 25 years. Management reaffirmed that recent short-seller allegations are baseless and transactions are commercially sound.
