Max Estates Limited — Important, 18-07-2025: General Updates

Max Estates has completed significant investments in its subsidiaries, Boulevard Projects Private Limited (BPPL) and Max Estates Noida Private Limited (MENPL). New York Life Insurance Company (NYL) invested a total of INR 257 Cr in BPPL and INR 227 Cr in MENPL via compulsory convertible debentures. Max Estates also contributed INR 267.5 Cr to BPPL and INR 223.3 Cr to MENPL. This strengthens the capital base of these subsidiaries, signaling progress in their development projects and enhancing overall business potential.
