Manav Infra Projects Limited — Others, 18-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Manav Infra Projects' 16th Annual General Meeting, held virtually, saw shareholders pass several key resolutions. Members adopted the audited financial statements for FY25 and re-appointed Mr. Mahendra Narayan Raju as a director. The appointment of Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade as an Independent Director was regularized. Shareholders approved increasing the company's borrowing limit and the Board's general financial powers to Rs. 20 Cr each. Remuneration increases for Executive Director Mr. Dinesh Shivnath Yadav (up to Rs. 0.10 Cr annually) and Managing Director Mr. Mahendra Narayan Raju (up to Rs. 0.48 Cr annually) were also approved.
