GIC Housing Finance is set to raise up to Rs. 400 Crore via secured, rated Non-Convertible Debentures, offering coupons of 7.49% and 7.59%. Proceeds will primarily fund housing finance, refinance existing debt, and support general business operations. The coupon rate includes a step-up/down feature based on credit rating changes, with a right to recall if ratings fall below A+. Both Crisil and ICRA have reaffirmed the company's credit assessments to AA+/Stable. For FY25, net profit reached Rs. 160.17 Crore, with gross advances at Rs. 10,497.34 Crore. Asset quality showed improvement, with gross NPAs at 3.03% and net NPAs at 1.94%. The board has approved these developments.
