Varroc Engineering Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Varroc Engineering's board has approved key leadership changes. Mr. Padmanabh Sinha, a seasoned private equity investor and co-founder of LaunchBay Capital, joins as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, effective immediately. The company also announced the completion of second terms for Independent Directors Mr. Gautam Khandelwal, Mr. Marc Szulewicz, and Mrs. Vijaya Sampath. Further, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma steps down as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 31, 2025. He will be succeeded by Mr. Anil Ghatiya, who has over two decades of experience within the Varroc Group. These changes reshape the board and management team.
