Aarti Drugs Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aarti Drugs has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. For Q1 FY26, the company reported a total income of Rs. 622.84 crore and a profit of Rs. 53.97 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 6.81. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
