Hatsun Agro Product Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hatsun Agro Product has announced a board meeting that approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue hit ₹2,590.28 Cr, profit after tax was ₹135.19 Cr, and EPS stood at ₹6.07. An interim dividend of ₹6.00 per share was declared (Record Date: July 24), payable by August 16. Mr. C Sathyan was re-appointed Executive Vice Chairman for five years, and Mr. K S Thanarajan as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval. The company will invest ₹9.8 Cr in a solar energy captive facility and acquire residential properties for directors for ₹19.25 Cr. The 40th AGM is on August 28.
