Bigbloc Construction Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION's board has appointed Mrs. Pooja Gurnani as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She brings extensive experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, and legal functions, having previously worked with listed PSUs, NBFCs, and manufacturing firms. Notably, she has been with the company's subsidiary, Starbigbloc Building Material, since October 2024. Her expertise includes being an Associate Member of ICSI and holding an LL.B, strengthening the company's governance framework.
