Xchanging Solutions has submitted its Annual Report for FY25 and announced its forthcoming AGM. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 201.91 Cr (up from Rs 196.25 Cr) and a significant rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 49.58 Cr from Rs 13.70 Cr in the prior year. For FY25, a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (totaling Rs 22.28 Cr) is proposed. Shareholders will also consider the appointment of Mrs. Janaki Ashwin Patwardhan as an Independent Director and the re-appointment of Mr. Kartik Ganapathy Iyer. Approval is also sought for material related party transactions with key group entities for FY25-26, valued up to Rs 24 Cr each, reinforcing operational synergies.
