An e-voting facility will be provided for shareholders. Remote e-voting is open from August 9 to August 11, with August 5 as the cut-off for eligibility. Additionally, a special window for physical share transfer requests is active from July 7 to January 6, enabling easier re-lodgement. This ensures shareholder participation and facilitates share management.
