Nazara Technologies Limited — Important, 18-07-2025: Updates

Nazara Technologies' material subsidiary, Absolute Sports' wholly-owned arm Sportskeeda Inc., has finalized the acquisition of 'Prime Timer' Intellectual Property Rights. The total purchase consideration is approximately INR 4.28 Cr. Sportskeeda has paid INR 3.44 Cr, with the balance of INR 0.84 Cr to be paid later. This move strengthens Nazara's content offerings in the digital space.
