TVS Supply Chain Solutions, via its UK subsidiary TVS LIUK, has acquired an additional 30% equity in TVS Autoserv GmbH for €500,000. This ups TVS LIUK's stake to 81% in the German automotive logistics firm. Autoserv, with a turnover of €13.14 million (FY25), provides automotive component logistics, sales, and washing services. This strategic acquisition enhances TVS SCS's presence and operational control in the crucial European automotive supply chain, reinforcing its global logistics capabilities.
