Reliance Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Reliance Industries' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹ 248,660 Cr and a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹ 30,681 Cr. Net profit attributable to owners stood at ₹ 26,994 Cr, resulting in an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of ₹ 19.95. Notably, ₹ 8,924 Cr of other income came from the sale of listed investments. RIL also redeemed ₹ 1,650 Cr in unsecured non-convertible debentures during the quarter.
