The company's board approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting revenue from operations of Rs 194.68 Cr. Profit after tax surged to Rs 116.79 Cr, significantly boosted by the recognition of a Rs 61.64 Cr deferred tax asset. Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs 28.07. The board appointed Mr. Shiv Kumar Agarwal as an additional independent director, whose full term is subject to shareholder approval.
