Samvardhana Motherson International's step-down subsidiary, PKC Wiring Systems LLC in Serbia, has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Motherson PKC Electric Cable D.O.O. Požarevac, in the Republic of Serbia. This new entity will focus on manufacturing electronic and electric wires and cables, expanding Motherson's global production footprint. This strategic move strengthens its position in the wiring systems segment, aligning with its core business and setting the stage for future operational growth. SAMIL holds 100% indirect control of this new manufacturing unit.
