Tata Power Company Limited — New Orders, 18-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Tata Power's subsidiary, TPREL, has secured a significant long-term lease contract from NHPC Limited. TPREL will set up a 30MW/120MWhr Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) at Mulleria, Kerala. This project, valued at approximately ₹110 Cr, aims to optimize KSEBL's excess energy storage. The BESS will be executed in 15 months and operated for 12 years after commissioning.
