Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board also approved a postal ballot for shareholder approval on key governance and operational matters. These include the continuation of Chairman Mr. Ramesh Vangal and Director Mr. Anand Subramanian, plus the appointment of Mr. Saif Khan as an Independent Director.
