A new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Visametric Ireland Limited, has been incorporated in Ireland. This new entity, established with a paid-up share capital of 100 Euro, will focus on visa and passport processing, aligning with the company's existing business operations. This move strengthens BLS's international presence and operational capabilities in a key region.
