Keltech Energies will hold its 48th Annual General Meeting on August 11, 2025, to approve the audited financial results for FY 2024-25. The agenda includes approving a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share. Shareholders will consider the reappointment of Mr. Santosh L. Chowgule and Mr. Vijay V.
