Manav Infra Projects Limited — Others, 19-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Manav Infra Projects' 16th Annual General Meeting concluded with shareholders approving all key resolutions. The company's financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, were adopted. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Narayan Raju as Director and the appointment of Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade as Independent Director. Critically, the Board gained approval to borrow funds and create charges on company assets up to Rs. 20 Cr. Revisions to the Managing Director's remuneration (up to Rs. 0.48 Cr/annum) and the Executive Director's remuneration (up to Rs. 0.10 Cr/annum) were also approved, along with the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor.
