Kody Technolab Limited — Board Meeting, 19-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kody Technolab has announced a board meeting outcome where it approved receiving the third tranche of funds for its convertible warrants. The company received Rs. 7.50 Cr, primarily from Mr. Manav S Patel, as part of this tranche. These warrants were issued at Rs. 1,400 each. With this latest infusion, the total funds received for the 6,96,000 allotted convertible warrants now stand at Rs. 32.60 Cr across all tranches.
