Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 33,80,400 fully paid-up Equity Shares. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at Rs. 10 per share, raising an aggregate amount of Rs. 3.38 Crore. The allotment was made to eligible shareholders and renouncees. The company completed the credit of these shares to demat accounts. Listing approval from BSE was received, and trading of the new Rights Equity Shares is expected to commence soon on BSE under the existing ISIN. This move strengthens the company's equity base.
