Seshasayee Paper and Boards (SPBL) has announced the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated Net Profit After Tax of ₹15.43 Cr, compared to ₹37.00 Cr in the same quarter last year. Consolidated Total Income stood at ₹398.96 Cr, down from ₹436.76 Cr previously. Basic EPS for the quarter was ₹2.56. SPBL also noted it is actively taking steps to revive, refurbish, and recommence operations at the assets of Servalakshmi Paper, acquired through an NCLT e-auction, despite some pending appeals.
