Reliance Power's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income reached ₹2,025 crore, with PAT at ₹45 crore and EBITDA at ₹565 crore. Total debt servicing for the quarter stood at ₹584 crore. Operationally, Sasan Power achieved 91% PLF, and Rosa Power maintained 97% availability. A key strategic update: subsidiary Reliance Nu Energies won a Letter of Award from SJVN for India's largest ISTS-connected Solar + BESS project (350 MW, including 600 MW solar DC and 175 MW/700 MWh BESS). This positions Reliance Power as India's largest player in the Solar + BESS segment. The company also allotted 118.80 million equity shares upon warrant exercise.
