Central Bank of India's Q1 results show strong performance. Net Profit surged 32.84% to ₹1169 Cr, with Operating Profit up 15.60% to ₹2304 Cr. Total Business expanded 10.84% to ₹704485 Cr, driven by 11.41% growth in Deposits and 9.97% in Gross Advances. Asset quality significantly improved, with Gross NPA at 3.13% (down 141 bps) and Net NPA at 0.49% (down 24 bps). Return on Assets rose to 1.02% and Return on Equity to 14.17%, reflecting enhanced efficiency as Cost to Income ratio improved to 55.43%.
