ATV Projects India Ltd — Updates, 19-07-2025: Company Update

ATV Projects' Board has approved several key decisions. The company reappointed Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as Whole Time Director and Mrs. Payal Sanghavi and Mrs. Deepa Shridhar Rai as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term, based on committee inputs. M/s ND & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. The board approved increasing the surplus land for potential sale/development from 2.71 to 3.29 acres. Additionally, 25 lakh convertible warrants, priced at Rs. 41.50 each and totaling Rs. 10.375 Cr, will be issued to promoters, raising capital. All these decisions require shareholder approval.
