ATV Projects India Ltd — Updates, 19-07-2025: Company Update

ATV Projects' board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as Whole Time Director and Mrs. Payal Sanghavi and Mrs. Deepa Shridhar Rai as Independent Directors, each for a five-year term. M/s ND & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor. All these key appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The board additionally approved increasing the surplus land area for potential sale or development at ATV Nagar to 3.29 acres. Crucially, the company will issue 25 lakh convertible warrants to promoters at Rs. 41.50 each, raising Rs. 10.38 Cr, subject to shareholder nod, bolstering future capital.
