ATV Projects India Ltd — Updates, 19-07-2025: Company Update

The board of ATV Projects has approved several key decisions. This includes the reappointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as Whole Time Director and Mrs. Payal Sanghavi and Mrs. Deepa Shridhar Rai as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term. M/s ND & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. The board also approved adjusting the surplus land available for sale/development at ATV Nagar from 2.71 to 3.29 acres. Crucially, 25 lakh convertible warrants will be issued to promoters at Rs 41.50 each, raising Rs 10.375 crore, strengthening the company's capital. All decisions are subject to shareholder approval.
