The Phoenix Mills Limited has notified shareholders about the transfer of unclaimed dividends and associated equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to dividends not claimed for seven consecutive years. Shareholders who have not claimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards must submit their claims by September 30, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of both unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares to the IEPF. Shareholders will then need to claim these directly from the IEPF Authority.
