AU Small Finance Bank reported strong Q1'FY26 results: Profit After Tax rose 16% YoY to ₹581 Crore, driven by 18% growth in Net Total Income. Total Deposits jumped 31% to ₹1,27,696 Crore, and Gross Loan Portfolio grew 18% to ₹117,624 Crore. Secured loans saw 22% growth, while unsecured portfolios de-grew 23% due to MFI slowdown and credit card calibration. Net Interest Margin (NIM) dipped to 5.4%. Asset quality saw a slight increase in GNPA to 2.47%. The bank expanded its Mumbai presence with a new building and appointed two independent directors.
